Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026
This policy explains how TheraSaaS LLC handles information on this Premium Website Build marketing site. For the full company-wide policy that governs all of TheraSaaS.com and our application, see the main TheraSaaS Privacy Policy linked below.
TheraSaaS LLC ("TheraSaaS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit this marketing site for the TheraSaaS Premium Website Build (the "Site"). For the complete, company-wide description of how we handle personal information across TheraSaaS.com and our application, please read the main TheraSaaS Privacy Policy, which is the authoritative policy and controls where it provides more detail than this page.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to this marketing Site. It does not, by itself, cover the TheraSaaS application and CRM, the client websites we build and host, or third-party sites you reach through links here, each of which is governed by its own policy. When you click a link such as "Schedule a Demo Call" or open a support ticket, you leave this Site and any information you submit is handled under the policy of that destination.
2. Information we collect
This Site is a simple marketing page and does not include contact forms or accounts, so we do not collect names, email addresses, or similar details directly through it. We may collect or receive:
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
- Usage and device information from analytics and advertising tools. If these tools are active on the Site, they may collect information such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, approximate location, and device and browser details, as described in Sections 4 and 5.
- Information you choose to send us. If you contact us, for example by opening a support ticket, we receive the information you provide so we can respond.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the categories of personal information involved are identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this Site.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, to understand how it performs, to measure and improve our marketing and advertising, to respond to your questions, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use this Site to knowingly collect health information.
4. Cookies and analytics
This Site does not require cookies to function. We may use the same analytics tools we use across TheraSaaS.com to understand traffic and performance, which may include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. When active, these tools set cookies or use similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to recognize your browser and measure usage. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking them will not break this Site.
5. Advertising and your choices
We may run advertising and measure campaigns using tools such as Google Ads (including conversion tracking and remarketing) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (including custom and lookalike audiences). When active, these tools use cookies and similar trackers to measure conversions and to show you relevant ads on other sites and apps based on your visit here.
You have choices about this advertising. You can:
- Adjust Google Ad Settings and opt out of Meta ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings;
- Opt out of many advertising cookies through industry tools at aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) and networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative);
- Use your browser or device privacy controls, including a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where it applies (see Section 11).
Under California and Virginia law, the use of advertising and analytics trackers like these may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or processing for "targeted advertising," even when no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out, as described in Section 11.
6. Third-party services
We rely on a few trusted third parties to deliver the Site:
- Website hosting. Our hosting provider serves the Site and processes standard server logs.
- Google Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google's servers, which means your IP address is shared with Google when fonts are requested.
- Analytics and advertising providers. If enabled, Google and Meta process usage data under their own privacy policies.
These providers act as our service providers or as independent parties under their own terms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for details.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with the service providers and advertising or analytics partners described above so they can perform services for us or measure and deliver advertising, and we may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. As noted above, some advertising and analytics activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under state privacy laws, and you can opt out under Section 11.
8. Data retention
We keep server logs and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to support you and maintain our records.
9. Data stored in the United States
We are based in the United States, and the data processed through this Site is stored on servers located in the United States and is subject to United States federal and state law. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Security
The Site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights (California and Virginia)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Residents of California (under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and Virginia (under the VCDPA), among others, may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you;
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
- Request that we delete your personal information;
- Obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of processing for targeted advertising; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To make any other request, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will verify your request as required by law, respond within the timeframes the law allows (generally up to 45 days, with a possible extension), and we will not charge a fee for a valid request unless it is excessive or repetitive. Virginia residents may appeal a decision by contacting us, and California residents can read the full, detailed description of these rights and our handling of "sales" and "sharing" in the main TheraSaaS Privacy Policy.
12. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, this Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control as described in Section 11.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated policy here. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
